Dr. Van Enk, I sincerely appreciate your patient and care given to R during his exam. Most other office visits have never been as stress-free as the visit to your office. I was very fortunate to have received your number from the VSP agent, and I was surprised when I called the office and the receptionist transferred me directly to you with my concerns. I had a sense that this was not a typical Doctor's office, and I couldn't have been more correct.
The wait time is minimal, if any, the availability of appointments was exceptional, the staff was attentive, caring, and friendly, and I have to mention that the office is decorated beautifully and it's nice to sit in the waiting area. It takes great patience and care to deal with children with special needs and the entire staff needs to be commended for the exceptional efferts to make his visit so pleasant and thorough.
